I made this picture at www.picnik.com. I took a blank page and use doodle to make most of this and I really like who it turned out, but picnik.com really specializes at editing photos. From what I saw one can make a photo black and white, sepia, neon and so much more. It can get rid of unwanted things in a picture like whiten teeth and it is SO easy to use!
Another really good part about picnik.com is that it is free! You can subscribe if you want the full affect, but if you are just looking to make a few simple changes to a photo than you can download it for free. Other photo editors that you buy from the store can cost a lot of money. Paint Shop Pro can be $50! Acdsee Photo Editor is also $50(http://www.amazon.com/Acdsee-Photo-Editor-Mini-Box/dp/B000HKD8PM). If you subscribe to picnik.com that it is $25 per year.
